Delivery
All goods despatched via courier. There are no deliveries on Saturday and Sunday
Please advise when placing your order via the web or phone if it would be more convenient to leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour, we can pass these instruction onto the couriers, this would be done at your own risk.
We deliver to addresses in the UK Mainland, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle Of Man, Guernsey and Jersey.
Postage/Packaging will be charged on all deliveries.
Please note - Delivery schedules shown at checkout are for goods that are in stock at the time of ordering.
Delivery Costs
Medium Parcels (Delivered by Royal Mail 48hr Tracked - no signature required)
Usually most reels, lines, fly boxes, clothing, vices etc: £3.85 approx 1-3 working day service
Large / Heavy Parcels (Delivered by DPD signed for service - signature required or options available)
Usually most rods, waders, bags, smokers, nets etc: £3.85 approx 48hr working day service
Important Information
You may be required to provide a signature upon delivery: The signature does not have to be the account holder, just the person accepting the parcel.
Always check the conditions of the parcel before signing: If there's damage, please refuse the delivery & contact us immediately.
If you are not at the address when the parcel is delivered: If you are not in and the courier is unable to leave the parcel in a safe & secure place, they will leave a card notifying you of the time they attempted the delivery. Please contact them to arrange to have the parcel re-delivered. Couriers will attempt to deliver the parcel three times - if unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned back to New Mills Trout Fishing Park.
